JOB DESCRIPTION
In a nutshell, your overall function is to develop business & manage projects from the conceptual stage through project success. This means taking ownership of projects and offering customer support at every stage of the buying journey.

Responsibility and duties:
● Learning Resno solutions & capabilities well enough to educate and guide customers to the right solutions. This can involve virtual and in-person presentations.
● Develop new and existing customers to increase brand awareness
● Produce timely, accurate quotes based on provided drawings & design intent
● Convert quotes to orders by providing proactive follow-up and support
● Upon order receipt - initiate internal production orders and track production progress to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
● After shipment - Follow up with clients for feedback
● Collaborate with the Resno team & other Bitro departments to ensure project success

Compensation, benefits, and work arrangement:
● Annual salary: Starting at $55K
● Health, dental, PTO, and retirement benefits available
● Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Certain major holidays off.
● Work will be done in-person at our Hackensack office.

WHO WE NEED

● has a working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google apps (design software a plus)
● is curious, scrappy, and unafraid to ask questions

● takes initiative to master their responsibilities and deliver the best possible outcome with the resources available
